Ele foi quatro vezes consecutivas vice-campe\u00e3o mundial, de 1955 \u00e0 1958. Venceu 194 de suas 497 corridas entre 1948 \u00e0 1962, incluindo 16 grandes pr\u00eamios de F\u00f3rmula 1.<\/p>\n<p>Em 1962, Moss feriu-se num acidente em Goodwood dirigindo um Lotus. Recuperou-se, fez uma tentativa prematura de voltar, mas n\u00e3o se adaptou e decidiu aposentar-se.
